Vida uses diagnostic tools that identify and measure organisation factors that either encourage or inhibit performance.
Vida utilises Australia's leading organisational culture audit tool that is used across a range of commercial, government, not-for-profit and educational organisations.
The cultural audit tool is designed to:
- assess current behavioural norms, processes and outcomes
- identify the levers for change
- highlight barriers to organisational effectiveness
- develop strategies for improvement
- monitor change and improvement over time
In addition, Vida uses focus groups to obtain quantitative data to gain further insight into findings highlighted in the cultural audit.
